Join art therapist Jael Weinberg, ATR, LMHC for a gathering to promote self expression and community connection as we explore and process the experience of being therapists during a time of collective crisis.

The gathering will be 2 hours long, beginning with a guided meditation leading into facilitated art making. Art making will be followed by personal reflection and group discussion. You will leave with creative prompts to use in your at-home reflection or meditation practice. No art experience required! All materials will be provided.

Art materials provided will include collage, markers, colored pencils, oil pastels, and watercolor. You are welcome to bring any additional media you might like to use.

ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE: this event will take place in a location only accessible by a single flight of stairs (12 steps). Masks are recommended, but not required. A HEPA air filter will be in use.
